Barty helps you organize and join plans with friends and people nearby. By creating an account you accept these terms. You must be 18 or older to use Barty.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior: harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content involving minors, spam, or content that promotes violence. Content or accounts that break these rules are removed, and repeat or serious offenders are banned. We review every report within 24 hours.
You own what you post and are responsible for it. By posting you give Barty permission to display it to other users as part of the service. Post only content you have the right to share.
You can report any plan, profile or chat message, and block any user — blocking makes you and the blocked person invisible to each other. Meet people in public places and use common sense: Barty does not vet users.
Keep your credentials safe. You can delete your account at any time from your profile; deletion is permanent and removes your profile, plans, photos and requests.
Barty is provided as-is, free of charge, and may change or be discontinued. We are not a party to the plans users organize and are not responsible for what happens at them.
